   I am very pleased with the support. I had a specific issue with the timeline resulting in a missing component for editing details of a timeline event. The support contacted me directly after an hour and helped me over 4 days to solve the issue. They explained me in detail what needs to be done. However, as I am less familiar with the webhosting details, I struggled with fixing the issue. Due to my unfamiliarity, it took several emails to make the correct settings.    I started with the timeline app. decided to buy the bundle. Once I started asking questions it became vague and not very responsive. I asked for a refund. No reaction at all. Number provide by Checkout was disconnected once I started talking. Overall bad experience.
