Install conversion
How it's measured →0.1%
of downloads still active
At least 30 of 29.6K lifetime downloads are still running, below its category: the median Social plugin keeps 0.5%, across 1,276 plugins.
Downloads count every update, not just first installs, so older and more frequently released plugins read lower. Compare against other Social plugins, not across the directory. wp.org reports active installs as the bottom of a band, so the real rate is this or higher.

wp.org is where the directory puts the plugin for that search. On merit is where it would sit if results were ranked on rating, support and updates, without the install boost. The last column is how far the wp.org position moved, from our first reading in the last 90 days to the latest.
| Keyword | wp.org | On merit | wp.org move, 90 days |
|---|---|---|---|
| rtcamp your tag | #11 | #9 | 0 |
| share your tag | Not in the top 24 | ||
| sharing your tag | Not in the top 24 | ||
| social your tag | Not in the top 24 | ||
| social links your tag | Not in the top 24 | ||
3 searches this plugin appeared in over the last 90 days, 1 listed. 2 left out as unrelated or noise (years, numbers, stray words). 4 of its tags aren't in the top 24 for their own search.
What to do about it
- One page off on “rtcamp”. #11 puts you just past the first ten results, where almost all the clicks stop. The gap to close is small.
- “share”, “sharing” and “social” aren't earning a slot. You list them, but you're not in the first 24 results for those searches. WordPress.org counts only your first five tags, so free the slot for a search you can win.

I have looked at MANY social sharing plugins… and with page load speed a major factor this plugin works and is the best!

Looking around for good social sharing plugins, not feeling like diving into functions.php for the moment on my Genesis framework child theme and this plugin did exactly what it is designed to do without increasing the load on my site. Thanks.

Cut down on database queries by changing over to this plugin from another. 129 queries to 27

I tried several other popular social media plugins before this one. All were slow, some of them horribly slow. This one does not slow down my page loads at all. This is the only way to go unless your site has a lot of excess CPU. That said, I’d like to have to option to use the buttons or not for each post/page.

Finally a fast loading social plugin.

Works brilliantly, saved 3 seconds off my load time, which was 4 seconds and took nearly 200 queries off my DTB compared to the existing plugin I was using. Only thing I would like to see is a stumble button, maybe even pocket, but I get a lot of traffic from stumble, but this plugin is worth the loss of button.

With this plugin activated, my websites still load very quickly. Plus, it can be positioned manually with the php that’s under “FAQ.”
