   This plugin works well and it’s simple. I did run into one problem though–the scheduler shortcode won’t allow other shortcodes to be used within it. The theme I’m using relies heavily on shortcodes for layouts and such, and putting it all within the scheduler shortcode disables them. Maybe it’s possible to fix this on a future update…

   I used this plugin to schedule a page update that I use for announcing scholarship recipients. We intentionally try to keep the recipient’s name a secret until the announcement of the recipient is made at an event, but also like to update the website immediately afterwards. With this plugin, I can schedule something like “Recipient to be announced on YYYY-MM-DD” to expire just at the same time as the recipient’s name is scheduled to appear. I also don’t have to worry about remembering to update it right after. Great plugin, that has functionality that really should be able to be done in the core WP.

   I used the code to schedule a text widget and it works fine in scheduling by the date, but when I try to schedule something by time, it ignores the time and schedules it by the date at midnight.
