   Where is support? Why doesn’t the lost password reset send an email (none received to any of my email addresses). Why aren’t my usernames recognized? My first account’s slides uploaded, converted fine, & then failed to load from the WordPress embed a week later. I had to re-sign up with a new username, uploaded my slides again, they got converted, & now same thing, can’t log in, can’t reset password, no response from the contact tool—which just reset to the same form when you submit. NO contact information on their social media links or blog. This comes off as a scam.

   Was having problems with GDE where my presentations were coming up w/an error of taking too long to load. Alternatively, I went to SlideOnline.com, created the free account, uploaded the presentation and had the short code w/in minutes. Much more presentable than GDE too. For a free service, it’s a great replacement & alternative to GDE for PowerPoint Presentations!
