If you’re looking to reduce cart abandonment rates on your WordPress e-commerce site, the Smoove Abandoned Cart Trigger plugin is a must-have. This plugin combined with Smoove’s automation flows could send automated emails/SMS/Whatsapp reminders to customers who abandon their shopping carts and recommend complementary products with the goal of encouraging them to return to the site and complete their purchase or perform an upsell with just a few clicks.

הפלאגין לא מאפשר לחזור לעגלה הנטושה, רק לשלוח מייל או אסמס למישהו שנטש את העגלה, אבל המייל או האסמס לא מכילים שום מידע הרלוונטי לרכישה- אי אפשר להחזיר קונה לעגלה שלו, אי אפשר לתת קופון, כלום.. רק להגיד לו שהוא עצר את הקניה. יש פלאגינים ייעודים יותר בחינם שכן מאפשרים את זה, מבאס שהם פרסמו באתר שלהם פלאגין שאינו גמור.
