Biggest opportunity: Swap “e commerce” for “ordering system”. “e commerce” isn't earning its slot: you're not in the first 24 results for its own search. “ordering system” sits at #14 untagged, close enough for a declared tag to move it up. All five slots are taken, so one has to go.

How it's measured →0.1%
of downloads still active
At least 10 of 11.2K lifetime downloads are still running, below its category: the median eCommerce plugin keeps 1.4%, across 5,169 plugins.
Downloads count every update, not just first installs, so older and more frequently released plugins read lower. Compare against other eCommerce plugins, not across the directory. wp.org reports active installs as the bottom of a band, so the real rate is this or higher.
This plugin shipped 1 release in the last 12 months, and every existing install that updated counted as another download. wp.org publishes no split between first installs and updates, so we show the raw rate rather than guess at one.

The support and development teams at Step By Step are awesome. We have a unique set of requirements (don’t we all?) yet Andy and team listened to what we needed and turned around suggestions and changes really quickly. Literally solved *all* of our problems. Thanks team!

We’ve been searching for a system that would allow us to fill a specific need in our small niche of an industry – basically an online pizza ordering system catered to different automobile dealer brands. The SBS System really provided us with the tool to fill a wide range of requirements for our clients. I highly recommend going pro. Use the Free Trial Period to test it out. Wait till the trial period time is over before finalizing the purchase. The customer service is top-notch – attentive, responsive, and offers additional custom coding services to meet any specific needs of the system (ask about pricing).
