Biggest opportunity: “billing”, “recurring” and “subscription” aren't earning a slot. You list them, but you're not in the first 24 results for those searches. WordPress.org counts only your first five tags, so free the slot for a search you can win.

How it's measured →0.2%
of downloads still active
At least 10 of 4.9K lifetime downloads are still running, below its category: the median Membership plugin keeps 0.9%, across 165 plugins.
Downloads count every update, not just first installs, so older and more frequently released plugins read lower. Compare against other Membership plugins, not across the directory. wp.org reports active installs as the bottom of a band, so the real rate is this or higher.

wp.org is where the directory puts the plugin for that search. On merit is where it would sit if results were ranked on rating, support and updates, without the install boost. The last column is how far the wp.org position moved, from our first reading in the last 90 days to the latest.

5 searches this plugin appeared in over the last 90 days, 1 listed. 4 left out as unrelated or noise (years, numbers, stray words). 4 of its tags aren't in the top 24 for their own search.

Not enough installs to measure. This needs at least 100 active sites; below that, a handful of downloads reads as tens of thousands.
What its installed base runs
via wordpress.orgShare of active installs on each version of this plugin · 100% run the current release. Green is the current release; a big slice on older versions is a user base that has stopped updating.
Estimated active installs
The public count shows “10+”. Our estimate pins where the real number sits.
Crossed into this band today and the previous band took 20 months to cross, so the real count is still just under 20.

When launching our new site, we were forced at the last moment to move from another online subscriber management system to Subscription DNA, and it turned out to be the best thing that ever happened to us. This plugin gives you complete subscriber management from within WordPress, without writing any code. But if you want to do your own customizations, the developer has created a system to allow you to do this easily without overwriting the core plugin files. The set of features is amazing and the developer and his company have provided fantastic support all along. I can’t say enough good things about this plugin, and I would encourage anyone who needs to manage a significant quantity of print and online or online only to take a look at this.

This plugin provides some really nice features to sell subscription based contents online. Works with pdf documents, where you can deliver contents security so that only subscribed users can access it.
