Biggest opportunity: Swap “ecommerce” and “products” for “profit margin” and “aliexpress”. “ecommerce” isn't earning its slot: you're not in the first 24 results for its own search. “profit margin” sits at #10 untagged, close enough for a declared tag to move it up. “products” isn't earning its slot: you're not in the first 24 results for its own search. “aliexpress” sits at #13 untagged, close enough for a declared tag to move it up. All five slots are taken, so one has to go.

Install conversion
How it's measured →2.5%
of downloads still active
At least 1K of 39.7K lifetime downloads are still running, above its category: the median eCommerce plugin keeps 1.4%, across 5,155 plugins.
Downloads count every update, not just first installs, so older and more frequently released plugins read lower. Compare against other eCommerce plugins, not across the directory. wp.org reports active installs as the bottom of a band, so the real rate is this or higher.
This plugin shipped 6 releases in the last 12 months, and every existing install that updated counted as another download. wp.org publishes no split between first installs and updates, so we show the raw rate rather than guess at one.

What to do about it
- Swap “ecommerce” and “products” for “profit margin” and “aliexpress”.

Update activity
How busy the existing users are, measured as downloads in the last 30 days for every 1,000 active sites. A spike means a new release everyone's pulling; a long, slow decline means an aging user base that updates less.

Reviewer account pattern
from wp.org reviewer profiles19 of the last 26 four- and five-star reviews came from accounts created within a month of posting the review.
Registering a wp.org account just to leave a review is common and often entirely legitimate. The share here is unusually high for the sample, so it's worth keeping in mind while reading the reviews.

Terrible plugin and even terrible customer service. I have a WordPress website hosted through Hostinger in which the Syncee team refuses or leaves me on dry to help with that support. I have told them several times that connecting the accounts through the plugin has been challenging and they either force me to run around in circles or they leave me on read for several days, all on the dime in which me and my client have spent through their subscription.

It seems to be a nice plugin, but you can’t try anything unless you subscribe for a paid plan, and i haven’t seen that mentioned anywhere in the app before the installation

I am new to drop-shipping. Syncee took a second for me to catch on and after that swimmingly. Heartily recommended!
