Has many options not found in commercial TOC plugins. Selection of Excluded Pages could become difficult to use without wildcards. Excluded Pages very useful because there is no option for selecting a specific menu to generate a TOC. Would like to see Restrict path option as found in Table of Contents Plus plugin. I have not found a better TOC plugin for an online textbook.
