This is a much needed plugin and has been requested by many for over 3 years. This plugin, though not perfect, is an absolute must for anyone that wants tags based on a category. I wish this was still being updated and improved on and that WP would add this feature in core. Would be super awesome if in menu when a tag is added under a category it would take the parent category link and tag it. But in absence of any other alternative this is a great plugin.
