Contactamos a soporte y nos atendió Victoria Salas Mora y básicamente nos dijo que no había que hacer nada que todo estaba bien. A pesar de esto, los pagos a mi cliente están los demoran por este “problema” que todavía no podemos entender por falta de soporte. Cada respuesta del soporte dura 2-3 días.
