   You get support within a few days. If it is more complicated you should provide access to a stage or the live system. This speeds up the process. For websites which rely on languages other then English there are some strings missing, so not possible to translate yet. Multilingual support could be a problem too. You need to be aware of that. I guess the strings will be fixed somewhen soon. It is already reported.

   Needed a plugin in order to setup a scheduling form on my webpage similar to Calendly. The Timetics plugin was just what I needed to get that setup and working correctly. It also helped that they have instructions available online and a responsive support team for any other questions that may come up. Definitely would recomment!

   I’ve been using the eventin ant timetics plugins for over two years now. The features have grown and evolved so much that we’ve adopted their methods into our operating methods. The plugin is smooth, the most versatile thing about it is the options we have to accepting payments. Directly through their integrations with payment partners or as woocommerce checkout. Brilliant. The analytics and reports are ideal for our team to work with as well. The next best thing is the quick availability of their customer support. Over the past few years I’ve only reached out twice.. but both times, they have swiftly replied and fixed the problem seamlessly. It’s really great to have a real team behind this project.    Hi all, I’ve evaluated a bunch of these booking plugins. What I like about Timetics is that it doesn’t add bloat to the MySQL database. No extra tables. This is rather unique compared to its competitors who feel it necessary to add a lot of bloat. Make sure to check that out when you use these tools. I also appreciated testing the sync with Google Calendar without having to pay a subscription.What I don’t like about Timetics is they automatically scrape your admin email and assume you want to be added to their mailing list. I received an email today and was surprised. I don’t use the email address – which they used – to subscribe to any newsletters, so I found it odd to hear from these guys. Secondly, I was testing their plugin on my localhost, not on a production site. I thought, man, did I sign up for an account? I tried to login on their site –> nope. No account. (password reset failed)At the bottom of their email sent from [email protected] (fluentCRM): “You received this email because you are subscribed to receive our update emails while purchasing or using our products.”So gents, don’t add my admin email to your email list without consent. It’s very a very spammy thing to do. I can unsubscribe (I hope) and will do that now. Also, I’ve decided to not to use this plugin for my clients because of this sort of overreaching activity. Too bad really – we’ll find another option.
