   It worked for me perfectly. I used it in the covid 19 section of [redacted] for those who want to see how it works, in the forms within risk groups.    Works as intended which is more than I can say for some of the other plugins I tried, but could use a little improvement. The tooltip field needs to be a textbox and not a single line text field to make HTML additions easier. The ability to change the colour and style of the icon would also be nice. Other than that, for a free plugin you can’t have many complaints. It certainly saved me a few hours work. Thanks @mehbubrashid.
