Biggest opportunity: Swap “vote”, “poll” and “questionnaire” for “politics”, “contests” and “elections”. “vote” isn't earning its slot: you're not in the first 24 results for its own search. “politics” sits at #5 untagged, close enough for a declared tag to move it up. “poll” isn't earning its slot: it only gets you to #24. “contests” sits at #10 untagged, close enough for a declared tag to move it up. “questionnaire” isn't earning its slot: it only gets you to #14. “elections” sits at #19 untagged, close enough for a declared tag to move it up. All five slots are taken, so one has to go.

How it's measured →1.0%
of downloads still active
At least 1K of 97.8K lifetime downloads are still running, above its category: the median Uncategorized plugin keeps 0.6%, across 17,770 plugins.
Downloads count every update, not just first installs, so older and more frequently released plugins read lower. Compare against other Uncategorized plugins, not across the directory. wp.org reports active installs as the bottom of a band, so the real rate is this or higher.

What to do about it
- Swap “vote”, “poll” and “questionnaire” for “politics”, “contests” and “elections”.
- One page off on “questionnaire”. #14 puts you just past the first ten results, where almost all the clicks stop. The gap to close is small.

This is a great plugin.

It WOULD be a great plugin, IF you could:– change the button text, now you can’t so you cannot use it in many languages– you cannot save your template, so if you want a custom look, you have to start the customization with every single question– The admin has great features, but its a hard work to find out how it works– you cannot have different font colors (heading, voting options)At the start I loved this plugin, but when you jump into it to use it, it simply fails. Sorry about that, because I liked it, but I have to look for another. 🙁 This topic was modified 2 years, 7 months ago by tomifromspace. This topic was modified 2 years, 7 months ago by tomifromspace.

My client bought the TotalPoll plugin since it came with features that fit most of our needs. I contacted the developers with specifications for features we would like added that didn’t come out-of-the-box, and support team member Mohamed came through with flying colors. He charged us a nominal fee for the extras, which took our poll to exactly where we wanted it within a tight time frame. We couldn’t be happier with his expedience and expertise. Highly recommend. I recently purchased this plug in and required support guidance for a couple of features. Mohamed was on it! Thank you for your quick response and resolution! You saved me from missing an important deadline!! The application itself is very versatile and robust. Much better than my last one! Thank you!

There plugin is so good and useful!!And their support response quickly for my request when their plugin fail. However, I think they luck their plugin trouble knowledge.Because I had to make a validation environment for their trouble investigation. This took a bit of time for me. It may be necessary to analyze the trouble, but if they have the knowledge, we could have solved it with some troubleshooting first.Looking forward to further development!
