Biggest opportunity: Swap “activity booking”, “booking calendar” and “online booking” for “operator”, “charter” and “boat rental”. “activity booking” isn't earning its slot: you're not in the first 24 results for its own search. “operator” sits at #4 untagged, close enough for a declared tag to move it up. “booking calendar” isn't earning its slot: you're not in the first 24 results for its own search. “charter” sits at #5 untagged, close enough for a declared tag to move it up. “online booking” isn't earning its slot: you're not in the first 24 results for its own search. “boat rental” sits at #20 untagged, close enough for a declared tag to move it up. All five slots are taken, so one has to go.

Install conversion
How it's measured →4.5%
of downloads still active
At least 40 of 881 lifetime downloads are still running, above its category: the median Booking & Events plugin keeps 0.8%, across 940 plugins.
Downloads count every update, not just first installs, so older and more frequently released plugins read lower. Compare against other Booking & Events plugins, not across the directory. wp.org reports active installs as the bottom of a band, so the real rate is this or higher.
