   Very convenient. Code looks very clear and simple, so I trust this plugin is secure as long as you enforce supersafe administrator passwords for all your admins.    I’ve been using this plugin for months now and it does exactly what I want it to do. If one of my users has an issue, I can log directly into their account without asking them to reveal their private passwords which is a HUGE plus. The plugin creator David is also very responsive when it comes to support and is quite accommodating!
