   I was looking for a video hosting plugin for my blog course with security features, as my site is behind paywall. And I don’t want my valuable videos to get pirated on on telegram (aagh!). I did a basic search on wordpress plugin directory, and stumbled upon VdoCipher. Really loved how easy, it was to integrate with my site.

   My organization relies on VdoCipher for all its streaming needs. For nearly four years, it has been rock solid, streaming and protecting our content. But this wouldn’t matter if VdoCipher didn’t integrate flawlessly with WordPress. This plugin makes that possible. It is set-and-forget, and works well with both mobile and desktop video. It is easy to recommend. Five stars.

   Since 2017, my client desperately needed a better way to secure the sales of online training videos hosted on a WordPress site. State of the art solutions were great for Netflix, but not practical for our budgets. So we crossed our fingers that the combination of technologies available would be enough to deter theft until something better turned up. Thankfully, we found VDO Cipher in 2019. The courses are managed with the WP Courseware plugin and it took only a few mouse clicks to load the VDO Cipher plugin and integrate it with the LMP. It has worked flawlessly. My client and I no longer worry about losing revenue due to the theft of the training course videos. Since then, we have had only a couple of instances needing support and support was surprisingly fast, usually within a few hours, even with the time zone differences. Great solution, great service.    Hi. Great plugin for secure video streaming. Just only one missing feature: adding support for multiple accounts… Actually, the plugin allows to manage one Vdocipher account for WP integration. It would be great to add multiple accounts management in same plugin installation.

   I have been using VdoCipher for the past 18 months and definitely recommend it to anyone who is posting video content and needs to protect their intellectual capital. In the current era where work that was previously done live is now being performed remotely through recordings, it is imperative to protect business content from being freely duplicated and distributed through social media. VdoCipher delivers this, and prevents users from simply right-clicking or using the multitudes of free apps to download & save the source video files. And, when I have needed help or have questions, I have received answers to my emails consistently within 24hrs.

   1) Doesnt have full API based integration with Learndash as Learndash has not enabled it. So all Learndash features are not available e.g. Video Progression Control. 2) Some integration issue within WordPress as pages got locked for editing after inserting the shortcode. Have to change the video streaming service provider now.
