Biggest opportunity: Add “views”, “form submissions” and “submission” to your wp.org tags. You rank #15, #22 and #22 for them without listing them, close enough for a declared tag to move you up. WordPress.org counts only your first five tags, so with 4 listed these are the slots worth spending.

Install conversion
How it's measured →1.6%
of downloads still active
At least 1K of 61.4K lifetime downloads are still running, above its category: the median Forms plugin keeps 1.2%, across 1,668 plugins.
Downloads count every update, not just first installs, so older and more frequently released plugins read lower. Compare against other Forms plugins, not across the directory. wp.org reports active installs as the bottom of a band, so the real rate is this or higher.
This plugin shipped 10 releases in the last 12 months, and every existing install that updated counted as another download. wp.org publishes no split between first installs and updates, so we show the raw rate rather than guess at one.

What to do about it
- Add “views”, “form submissions” and “submission” to your wp.org tags. You rank #15, #22 and #22 for them without listing them, close enough for a declared tag to move you up. WordPress.org counts only your first five tags, so with 4 listed these are the slots worth spending.
- One page off on “datatable”. #11 puts you just past the first ten results, where almost all the clicks stop. The gap to close is small.

Update activity
How busy the existing users are, measured as downloads in the last 30 days for every 1,000 active sites. A spike means a new release everyone's pulling; a long, slow decline means an aging user base that updates less.

The plugin is one of the best I used. The response time of a ticket is hours, I never got such a fantastic support since using wordpress (several years). This topic was modified 2 years, 6 months ago by ruxdomenig.

I’ve subscribed to the Professional plan as I got an unbelievably excellent deal from your recent promotion. This plugin works as advertised and would be a great replacement for our current all-in-one form and event registration system. The support was good too in that they could immediately understand and resolve my initial issues. I’m currently rating it 4 stars instead of 5 because I find the documentation a bit lacking in exact detail and examples, especially in the coding, since I need to customise it to meet my needs. But then again, my kungfu may not be up to the Ninja level yet. And I always appreciate support and ideas from community.

By far the best customer service I have ever gotten from any plugin. They really go above and beyond to make it work the way you need it to. Would definitely recommend this plug-in to anyone who uses Ninja Forms!
