Hello, we have passed the sandbox tests which appear to be successful, but it is impossible to connect a merchant to PayPal onboarding with whom we are in contact and who tells us that there is an API call problem which would refer to an incorrect product in the source code, the plugin no longer seems to update and does not always respond to emails… If WCFM sees this message, please help us, or does anyone have another solution? THANKS

Very bad support Team. Don’t buy the premium version, and It is full of bugs. They will never reply to your premium tickets. Buy some other related plugin. Don’t waste your hard-earned money on this buggy plugin with the worst support I have ever seen.

Bonjour à tous, Je souhaitais vous informer tous de la situation actuelle concernant le système de paiements fractionnés admin/ vendeurs, sachez que je suis actuellement bloqué à cause de ce problème dont tout ce que vous pouvez lire sur le sujet est erroné ! Faisons le tour philosophique du problème ensemble ; J’ai créé une marketplace, mon entreprise est montée depuis 1 mois et je ne suis actuellement pas en droit de pouvoir commercialiser mon site en vertu de la DSP2… Deux réelles solutions s’offrent à vous, stripe et PayPal, pour l’aspect commerciale, car sachez pour info, que les utilisateurs payent en moyenne 3 fois plus lorsque vous proposez PayPal, ce qui n’est pas tactiquement négligeable. Pour commencer, il vous faut remonter la filière d’un compte “PayPal Commerce Platform pour les plateformes et marketplaces.” sur le site officiel de PayPal. Une fois votre demande effectuée, un premier support vient à vous, et vous envois un pdf en Anglais à remplir avec des pièces officielles qui doivent être validées par plusieurs services, cette étape est plus simple avec stripe, mais allons encore un peu plus loin que la réflexion pour en avoir fait le tour… Les contrats PayPal Commerce Platform pour les plateformes et marketplaces, qui après validité du dossier s’il est accepté, vous annonce un délai entre 4 à 8 semaines pour l’intégration de votre système de paiement fractionné, de quoi devenir fou car il n’y aucune documentation sur le sujet, il vous faut avoir un contact support et avoir fourni vos justificatifs pour obtenir ces informations déplorables… Néanmoins pour finir à mon stade d’attente d’acceptation de mon dossier ou non… La vraie différence à l’heure actuelle, est que en ce qui concerne stripe, leurs contrats plateforme ne gère pas les remboursements, ni les litiges, votre chiffre d’affaire est un faux chiffre d’affaire par le fait, vous devrez avoir une comptabilité complexe et devoir rendre des comptes lors de vos déclaration d’impôts, sans compter qu’il vous faudra gérer les litige et rembourser les acheteurs, elle n’est donc ABSOLUMENT PAS LA SOLUTION POUR UNE MARKETPLACE contrairement aux informations erronées de WC lover. En ce qui concerne les solutions PayPal Commerce Platform pour les plateformes et marketplaces, leur contrat stipule que les litiges et remboursements sont à LEUR CHARGE, les paiement sont réellement fractionnés et distribués immédiatement sur les comptes bancaires des admins et des vendeurs, le compte PayPal ne doit être destiné qu’à cette activité et présenter un solde à zéro en permanence, PayPal vous sert donc simplement de passerelle. Je traverse actuellement cette expérience ne fais que cela depuis de nombreuses semaines… En deux, et contrairement à ce qui est propagé, je ne vous recommande que, la solution PayPal Commerce Platform pour les plateformes et marketplaces, prévoyez simplement un delai de 2 à 3 mois pour sont intégration, pas comme moi qui ne m’était pas posé de question à ce sujet, et qui doit attendre encore un long moment pour commercialiser mon site pourtant opérationnel… Bon courage à tous ! 😉

Buen complemento, justo lo que necesitaba para mi mercado de productos digitales, solo desactive las apis de PayPal y ahora los usuarios se registran sin mucho esfuerzo y reciben los pagos directos a su cuenta :). Sería bueno tener más métodos de pago directo a mis proveedores. Si algún día crean nuevos métodos Hágamelo saber!!!
