WebinarIgnition – AI & MCP Webinar Builder on Your WordPress: Live, Automated & Evergreen, WooCommerce Upsells Inside

How well this listing is tuned to rank in WordPress.org search, on the factors an owner controls. Not popularity, optimization.

Directory searches this plugin turns up in, and which way each one is moving. WordPress.org publishes no history of search positions, so this starts the day we first tracked a keyword and never backfills.

wp.org is where the directory puts the plugin for that search. On merit is where it would sit if results were ranked on rating, support and updates, without the install boost. The last column is how far the wp.org position moved, from our first reading in the last 90 days to the latest.

59 searches this plugin appeared in over the last 90 days, 9 listed. 50 left out as unrelated or noise (years, numbers, stray words). 1 of its tags isn't in the top 24 for their own search.

Directory rank

Ranked about #19,100 to #20,000, alongside the other plugins at 60+ installs. Plugins with the same install count swap places between wp.org requests, so this is where most of them sit. Checked monthly, last on 21 Oct 2026.

How often this plugin actually ships. A steady rhythm is the maintenance signal a single "last updated" date can't show.

Share of active installs on each version of this plugin. Green is the current release; a big slice on older versions is a user base that has stopped updating.

Crossed into this band 3 days ago and a band this size takes about a year or more to cross, so the real count is still just under 70.

19 of the last 24 four- and five-star reviews came from accounts created within a month of posting the review, and 6 of those landed between 2023-03-24 and 2023-04-16.

Registering a wp.org account just to leave a review is common and often entirely legitimate. The share here is unusually high for the sample, so it's worth keeping in mind while reading the reviews.

This plugin currently blacks out the enable/disable auto update for all other plugins, and has a notification you CANNOT TURN OFF. ANNOYING. This topic was modified 6 months, 1 week ago by MattAdams.

Back in the day, this was a good option, but now there are much better options out there. Difficult to use, webinars take far too many steps to set up and that doens’t even include doing the webinars themselves. You can’t even see who has registred unless you go with the premium option (?!). Often buggy with pages not loading and managing a large library of webinars is a nightmare. We tried multiple times to sort out page loading issues but needed to move to a solution that we could launch. We moved on to Vimeo which offers built-in registrations (that you can view), registration confirmation and reminder emails and even how long registrants watch the webinar and where people drop off. A much better overall value.
