   This is an excellent and feature-rich plugin that provides the essential quoting functionality that WooCommerce is missing. It has allowed me to build a complex, custom quote-to-order workflow for a client, and it handles the process very well. However, the standout feature of this product is the truly world-class customer support. I was facing a very challenging and frustrating technical conflict between the plugin and the powerful Avada theme. I was completely stuck. I reached out to the support team, and the help I received from Fahad Waheed and the developer Saleem was outstanding. Their communication was fast, they understood the complex issue perfectly, and they were incredibly professional. Instead of just offering a simple workaround, they went above and beyond by implementing a brand new feature (“Show Quote Details in Order”) directly into the plugin to solve my specific problem. The fix has worked perfectly and has been a complete game-changer for the project. It is rare to find a team so committed to customer success.
