Ordered on May 11th the product bundle offered at developer’s website. Received a master license as expected, but no download links for the 8 PRO versions of the plugins included. Contacted support immediately, and still waiting a week later. DO NOT BUY — NO SUPPORT

Really good plugin for sending out free samples, if you have any issues just email support, fantastic experience with Amplify plugins and their free sample plugin. The old developer stopped responding to my support requests and I felt like I had wasted money, however when amplify took over the plugin my experience went from terrible to amazing. Scott and the team did everything they could to help me get up and running again. Really happy customer and would highly recommend.

I have previously given this plugin 5 stars. The plugin had quite a few bugs but the support was very responsive and fixed problems quickly. I have recently reported 2 important bugs – plugin not respecting maximum sample quantity and not respecting excluded categories. The developer is not responding. Just to warn everybody that this plugin is not compatible with WPML. I bought the pro version of the plugin and the support just answered me that the plugin is not compatible with WPML (the most famous multilingual plugin) but only with translatepress. Nothing is written on their website about that before buying the pro version. So be aware before buying it. The support didn’t help me at all, they just told me to replace wpml by translatepress… So now, I can translate just the title on my button “free samplre” which is ridiculous as it is the only text that need to be translated. I am very disappointed, very bad news.

We got some issues with this plugin. We tried to contact the support in various ways but we didn’t receive any help at all. There isn’t anymore to add. It’s just disappointing and absolutely not worth purchasing this plugin.

There appears to be a problem with this plugin related to assigning the sample products to a shipping class. I’ve raised a support ticket on the developer’s support forum and have not received any response. As of writing this I’ve also noticed a lot of other open support tickets that remain unanswered on the plugin author’s website. What is very disappointing is that the Pro version has been purchased but support has not been provided. Also I’ve noted whilst my support ticket reporting this bug/issue remains unanswered a support ticket about purchasing the plugin has been answered immediately! So the developer appears to be happy with responding when there’s a potential sale but not helping to resolve issues after purchase.
