Export Orders for WooCommerce – AI & MCP for Claude and ChatGPT

How well this listing is tuned to rank in WordPress.org search, on the factors an owner controls. Not popularity, optimization.

Directory searches this plugin turns up in, and which way each one is moving. WordPress.org publishes no history of search positions, so this starts the day we first tracked a keyword and never backfills.

wp.org is where the directory puts the plugin for that search. On merit is where it would sit if results were ranked on rating, support and updates, without the install boost. The last column is how far the wp.org position moved, from our first reading in the last 90 days to the latest.

45 searches this plugin appeared in over the last 90 days, 16 listed. 29 left out as unrelated or noise (years, numbers, stray words). 2 of its tags aren't in the top 24 for their own search.

How often this plugin actually ships. A steady rhythm is the maintenance signal a single "last updated" date can't show.

Share of active installs on each version of this plugin. Green is the current release; a big slice on older versions is a user base that has stopped updating.

Crossed into this band 18 days ago and a band this size takes about a year or more to cross, so the real count is still just over 500.

At the current install trend, crossing 600+ in roughly 292 days.

As a WordPress developer, I found this plugin very reliable and easy to integrate into existing WooCommerce workflows. The filtering and export functionality are well designed, and the plugin performs smoothly even with larger order datasets. The plugin support and overall usability are excellent. Definitely recommended for store owners and developers alike.

We have been using WooCommerce Export Orders for a while and it has become an essential tool for our store. We regularly use it to export WooCommerce orders to CSV and Excel for reporting, accounting, and customer management purposes. The recent updates have significantly improved the user interface and overall export workflow. The export process is now much easier, faster, and more intuitive compared to previous versions. The redesigned interface makes it simple to select the required fields and generate exports in just a few clicks. We especially appreciate the ability to export customer emails, phone numbers, and detailed order information without any hassle. The plugin is lightweight, reliable, and does exactly what it promises. If you are looking for a WooCommerce order export plugin that can export orders to CSV or Excel quickly and efficiently, this is an excellent solution. Highly recommended!

Once you click on the tab to use the plugin post installation, you will see that it may take a while to load. This is because the plugin is loading every single order ever placed on your website, with no filter. It should only load at maximum 10 orders, but you need to wait for every order to load on one page before attempting to use. I immediately stopped this process, deactivated and deleted the plugin. Nice plugin. Add in contact information: email phone number address and you have a winner!

Plugin is very useful, but unfortunately only few, marginally useful fields are exported. It would be excellent if you could choose which data you need exported.

Wow, really great plugin, it really exports every order with all needed details and I could even choose which export format I need, and all of this for free. During my search for something like this I found a lot of other similiar but expensive plugins with less of the power this plugin offers! P.S.: Thanks for the really kind and fast support of the developer regarding my question also to export the customer email addresses.
