   It’s pretty good. The interface is very nice, but it’s missing some crucial features that competitors have. Additionally, the roadmap/feedback page has lots of stuff that they say is “upcoming” or “coming soon” and it’s been years since they posted that and there has been no movement. The roadmap is clear and detailed, consistently announcing great improvements, and the feature request list is very active, allowing us to see fantastic enhancements appear in our interface as requests are received!
