My main issues with this plugin were related to Facebook. Matt was able to help me navigate them in order to get the plugin working. Without his help I would not have been able to get this live. There are lots of plugins out there, but having one with great support makes it a lot easier to implement.

We are using this product for artists to upload images for art competitions, for reviewers to select or reject them, and for online voting people’s choice awards. It is wonderful, does everything I need, and the support is very responsive.

I rarely leave negative reviews like this… but I HATED this plug in. It didn’t work as advertised, was unbelievably clunky, and I spent more time supporting/troubleshooting with our users than I would have if I had just authored a solution myself. At the end of the day, I wound up having to disable pretty much all of the ‘features’ to get it to a point where our users could use it. Add into the mix that this is something I paid for? Nope.
