   I have been waiting for someone to develop a plugin like this. One that actually works, is relatively user-friendly (so the technologically challenged real estate agent can use it), and looks good.

   This plugin looked great so I thought I’d give it a shot on a client’s site I’m working on. First, when I add the advanced search shortcode to a page, the search form doesn’t appear on the page where I placed it. It gets placed way out of the document flow and always ends up at the top left of the main content area. I worked with the CSS, but I can’t move it where it needs to be. Second, the individual property listings that show the full details of a property are completely taken out of the WP theme. So, it looks like a page outside of WP (no header, footer, etc,) with absolutely no CSS applied. Finally, there has been no response from the developer to help with these issues. Other people on the support forum have also gone several days or longer without a response. I think this plugin could be great if these issues were worked out. I would definitely give it another shot in the future if there’s improvement. For now, I’ll have to go with something else for this client.

   I installed this plugin because I want to test if I can use it for a potential project. When I test the plugin, the listing page was showing, the preview worked, but the property page always got error message says “cannot find the page”. After searching the support forum, watching the video, still no clue, I ALMOST believed some of the negative reviews and gave up. My last try: I copied the WORKING “preview” URL and the NON-WORKING property page URL, I see they are completely different, then it hit me… maybe it’s the “Permalink Settings” After I changed my “Permalink Settings” from custom to default, it worked!! I think I’d share this experience, will help users having the same issue. Lastly, I want to thank the developer for this nice plugin! Keep on the great work! Steve
