   I have been using this software to build a tour, and notice a slight issue with embedding and playing videos. I reached out to ask if this was a known fault. I received a reply within 24 hours letting me know that they would pass this on to their product development team. I assumed that I may see a fix implemented at some point. Less then a week later they emailed me back to inform me that the new update had been pushed out and the issue had now been resolved. Top Service!

   I tried the free version, asked various questions to the support staff, and was able to switch to the agency version with peace of mind.I’m not good at English, so it was difficult to find the help documentation, but I used Google Translate to ask the support staff and they were able to explain right away, which was very helpful.
