How it's measured →0.6%
of downloads still active
At least 4K of 704.4K lifetime downloads are still running, below its category: the median eCommerce plugin keeps 1.4%, across 5,169 plugins.
Downloads count every update, not just first installs, so older and more frequently released plugins read lower. Compare against other eCommerce plugins, not across the directory. wp.org reports active installs as the bottom of a band, so the real rate is this or higher.
This plugin shipped 11 releases in the last 12 months, and every existing install that updated counted as another download. wp.org publishes no split between first installs and updates, so we show the raw rate rather than guess at one.

I use Yth plugins for several years. I have had to manage very frequent bugs that have made me waste a lot of time. I’ve had many issues with my customer (I’m a Web agency) because Yth or me are one for him. Lost of time wasted, missed sales and bad image for my customer as well. Worst support ever with a ticket system that makes take weeks when you have to exchange information. For a little issue (a php parameter to correct on my server), it took one month for them to find the origin of the bug. I’ve had to manually send gift cards to buyers… There are many alternatives you can find on Google. It took time to make the decision, I’m finally changing now. To sum up: one advice, run away. I really don’t like it when after updating a plugin, new backend menu entries are created and/or new plugins appear in the plugins list.

lots of handy features. woocommerce experience isn’t 100% without this.
