Biggest opportunity: “video conferencing”, “web conference” and “web meeting” aren't earning a slot. You list them, but you're not in the first 24 results for those searches. WordPress.org counts only your first five tags, so free the slot for a search you can win.

How it's measured →0.8%
of downloads still active
At least 100 of 12.2K lifetime downloads are still running, in line with its category: the median Media plugin keeps 0.8%, across 2,320 plugins.
Downloads count every update, not just first installs, so older and more frequently released plugins read lower. Compare against other Media plugins, not across the directory. wp.org reports active installs as the bottom of a band, so the real rate is this or higher.
Removal-risk signals
45/100Maintenance and integrity signals that tend to precede a WordPress.org removal. Not an official status, a heads-up to act.
- Long abandoned. No update in 3+ years — the top precursor to removal once a vulnerability is found.

wp.org is where the directory puts the plugin for that search. On merit is where it would sit if results were ranked on rating, support and updates, without the install boost. The last column is how far the wp.org position moved, from our first reading in the last 90 days to the latest.

How busy the existing users are, measured as downloads in the last 30 days for every 1,000 active sites. A spike means a new release everyone's pulling; a long, slow decline means an aging user base that updates less.

This plugin is really good. WordPress has made changes to it’s core but 3CX devs are not bothered to stay up to date or at least answer our questions. The plugin is causing errors now.

The plugin brings 5.5.3 WordPress to the knees and causes lots of session errors in error logs. [20-Nov-2020 13:37:06 UTC] PHP Warning: session_start(): Cannot start session when headers already sent in /home/whmcs/public_html/ww/wp-content/plugins/3cx-webinars/includes/webinar.php on line 6

We decided for 3CX webinar plugin after an intense research on different webinar solutions like GoToWebinar and Microsoft Teams. 3CX webinars comes with a large set of professional features, is easy to use and is far ahead of Microsoft teams when it comes to webinars. Highly recommended for any 3CX users with professional ambitions. But it hasn’t been tested with latest WordPress-versions and doesn’t support latest PHP. Please test and update it, 3CX!
