   I would give zero stars if I could. they took my money took days to respond when I never got my download and blamed the credit card company. It is now a month and a half later I am still waiting for the refund they promised and had to file a dispute with the credit card company. They keep blaming Wells Fargo for the issues Wells Fargo has no record of any refund even though I have multiple emails promising it. Beware

   I didn’t need or want to pay for all the features and fancy frills of something like Webinar Ignition. I just needed a simple way to host webinars on my WordPress site every month. This plugin makes it work and is user friendly. Everything is in one place. I love the features of auto emails being sent out, a record of the chatlog, and questions folks ask during a webinar being sent straight to my email inbox. The replay function is also handy. I’ve experienced bugs with it over the years, but nothing that my webhost or WebinarPress’ customer service hasn’t been able to fix quickly. Never had a problem with their customer service. This is a plugin I’ve used for several years and can recommend.

   After reporting the compatibility problem with LiteSpeed ​​Cache (Lazyload and Placeholder on the images) in the forum and receiving no response, I contact WebinarPress support email directly. I create a test environment for them with only LiteSpeed ​​and WebinarPress, and I generate explanatory videos for them to replicate the error. But the support claims that they cannot replicate the problem, they only carry out erroneous tests without following the explanatory video that I sent them. Saying that the error is only mine, something totally false, since I generated various test environments in multiple hosting and it happens in all of them. They just tell me that the free plugin has NOT support, and that I have to buy the PRO version so they can see the problem and replicate it.
