   Some have complained about having problems with STEP files. They should simply export the files as glb files. It’s effortless to do this and they upload and work easily. That’s no reason to give the plug-in a 1 star review. To be perfectly honest I would say the technical support could be improved, but the plug-in itself is superb.

   I have been looking for a plugin to handle viewing 3D Model viewing for a client of mine. This plugin has been a great help in delivering on that functionality, and the free version offers the necessary capabilities to view and render our models effectively. The controls and perspective can be a little limited, but you walk away with the proper amount of functionality in my opinion. I haven’t tried the premium version and cannot speak to its efficacy, but the free version gets the job done for us. Kudos to the developers.

   I chose this as it said it supported STEP files and is reported to work with Elementor. Elementor does not support STEP files so I have wasted a considerable amount of money, support has been non existent and will not reply to my emails.
