   Had a few issues with some errors showing up in the last week: “Error retrieving plugin details”, “Error retrieving payment details”, “Error retrieving PayPal setting details”. Krystian from the support team was amazing and helped me debug with some solutions to try.I also found that after a recent WP update, my PHP needed more memory. I ran the Health Check and also needed to update PHP to 8.3 and turn on Opcache. After all that, everything was running smoothly with zero errors.Thanks again for the super fast and friendly support 😊

   This plugin took down our revenue generating production site when we upgraded to version 4.0.3. First it caused our variation items to get all jumbled up and you could not add any variation items to the cart! Debug logs clearly showed this plugin was generating the conflict code. When I tried to disable the plugin, it took down the site with a fatal error, white screen of death. I had to delete it via FTP to even get our site back up. Terrible quality! We have been doing this for years and have not seen a payment plugin take down a site this hard.
