High removal-risk signals

63/100

Maintenance and integrity signals that tend to precede a WordPress.org removal. Not an official status, a heads-up to act.

  • Long abandoned. No update in 8+ years — the top precursor to removal once a vulnerability is found.
  • Compatibility drift. Tested only up to WordPress 4.8.30, well behind 6.8.

Estimated value

What this plugin might earn a year, and what it might sell for. Modeled from public signals; we don't see anyone's books.

Est. annual revenue

N/A

Est. acquisition value

N/A

No paid tier is visible, so we don't put a figure on revenue or sale value: that would be guessing. The install base is a real asset to an acquirer, just not one public data lets us price. A small install base leaves thin data to model from.

Most reviewers call it a solid, easy events plugin with helpful support, though the latest critical review flags a stale plugin and a date picker that returns broken 1970 timestamps.

This plugin got loads of nice features unfortunately it hasn’t been updated for quiet a while now. I tried to use this plugin on a site the other day but unfortunately the date picker didn’t returned the right format as well as the date field value send is not converted correctly to an unix timestamp it somehow always returns 0. Leaving you with only “1970-01-01 00:00:00” dates. Please look into this issue try different translations. I’m sure you have to use php’s function strtotime() here. Good luck, Cheers Fleuv This topic was modified 8 years, 10 months ago by Fleuv.

This event plugin is a great foundation to build a custom calendar implementation on top of. It works well and provides many powerful options right out of the box.

A simple yet functioning way to announce events, and the dev is always willing to help. I tested several Calendar plugins and will only recommend this one.

like this plugin, for my idea stream page. It includes almost what I want. just did some revise, like adding ul/li and changing the display order in the widget (newest first, see “litouch.com”). Thanks, Atte! Edward
