Biggest opportunity: Swap “feedback” for “testimonials widget”. “feedback” isn't earning its slot: you're not in the first 24 results for its own search. “testimonials widget” sits at #6 untagged, close enough for a declared tag to move it up. All five slots are taken, so one has to go.

Install conversion
How it's measured →1.1%
of downloads still active
At least 1K of 91.1K lifetime downloads are still running, above its category: the median Admin & Utilities plugin keeps 0.6%, across 4,187 plugins.
Downloads count every update, not just first installs, so older and more frequently released plugins read lower. Compare against other Admin & Utilities plugins, not across the directory. wp.org reports active installs as the bottom of a band, so the real rate is this or higher.
This plugin shipped 3 releases in the last 12 months, and every existing install that updated counted as another download. wp.org publishes no split between first installs and updates, so we show the raw rate rather than guess at one.

What to do about it
- Swap “feedback” for “testimonials widget”. “feedback” isn't earning its slot: you're not in the first 24 results for its own search. “testimonials widget” sits at #6 untagged, close enough for a declared tag to move it up. All five slots are taken, so one has to go.
- One page off on “testimonial widget”. #11 puts you just past the first ten results, where almost all the clicks stop. The gap to close is small.

I have the pro version of the plugin but just wanted to give a review and shoutout to Kerry for the help (incredibly responsive and fast) he has given me. As far as I’m concerned, the Pro plugin is an incredible deal and price for what you get. It is very customisable and if you don’t know what you’re doing, as I didn’t, you can just ask support for really fast help. Much appreciated and recommended.

This is an amazing plug in, and it has even better tech support! It’s much simpler and straightforward than the other testimonial plugins I tried out (even paid ones!), and the support is surprisingly fast and knowledgeable! They helped me quickly iron all the problems I found, and even learn a little about shortcodes! If I could give them more than 5 stars I would!

A review plugin that supports rich snippets for $30!! Most other review plugins charge at least double this, per year, for this essential feature. Amazing support with setup etc as well.
