Biggest opportunity: Swap “testimonial” for “testimonials widget”. “testimonial” isn't earning its slot: you're not in the first 24 results for its own search. “testimonials widget” sits at #18 untagged, close enough for a declared tag to move it up. All five slots are taken, so one has to go.

How it's measured →0.6%
of downloads still active
At least 200 of 35.3K lifetime downloads are still running, in line with its category: the median Admin & Utilities plugin keeps 0.6%, across 4,189 plugins.
Downloads count every update, not just first installs, so older and more frequently released plugins read lower. Compare against other Admin & Utilities plugins, not across the directory. wp.org reports active installs as the bottom of a band, so the real rate is this or higher.
This plugin shipped 2 releases in the last 12 months, and every existing install that updated counted as another download. wp.org publishes no split between first installs and updates, so we show the raw rate rather than guess at one.

The public count shows “200+”. Our estimate pins where the real number sits.
Crossed into this band yesterday and a band this size takes about a year or more to cross, so the real count is still just under 300.

DON’T PAY FOR THE PRO ADD-ON (Sola Testimonials). The plugin integration with pro is broken, and I’ve gotten no response to my request for help a week ago. I’ve paid for the pro, and it’s pretty much useless now. I’m on the hunt for a new plugin. It *was* a nice plugin. I got a whole 3 years of use out of it before it was abandoned. As far as I can tell, the free version still works, but what’s the point when I paid for more?

I was looking to change the links on the plug in from Nofollow to follow and the assistance I received from Dylan was nothing sort of top class. Very happy with our new testimonials page thanks to this plug in and assistance. Highly recommended.

I wanted to keep my desktop website testimonials page in 3 columns for the look but just 1 column on mobile for mobile friendliness, and Sola support helped me with it. This plugin is really user-friendly, no complaints from me. [I purchased the pro version which had advanced features I wanted to use] This topic was modified 9 years, 2 months ago by ymao. I had any issue with the plugin on my WordPress site and after raising a support ticket with the details, the folks at Sola Plugins just kept trying and trying and trying again to resolve my issue until eventually they did. This was excellent support and customer service in my eyes. Thanks very much and highly recommend your Testimonials plugin and your organisation as a whole.
