Pour avoir testé un produit concurrent avec beaucoup plus de client, je suis heureux d’avoir découvert Boxtal !Quand l’autre produit a des tarifs différents de ceux affichés, change les expéditeurs entre la commande et sa réception en interface admin ou tout simplement bloque Mondial Relay en Italie, Boxtal n’a aucun de ces problèmes.Un petit regret, il faut définir les tarifs à l’avance. Mais ce n’est pas trop gênant.

Nous utilisons Boxtal depuis plusieurs années, mais depuis un peu moins d’une semaine, nous rencontrons un problème de connexion du module de suivi des colis à notre site internet. Malgré de multiples relances, Boxtal rejette systématiquement la faute sur le système de notre site, sans chercher une solution concrète. Nous avons tout vérifié de notre côté, contacté notre hébergeur et tous nos prestataires techniques, et aucun problème n’a été détecté. Pour en avoir le cœur net, nous avons installé le module de Packlink, qui fonctionne parfaitement, prouvant que le problème vient de Boxtal. Cela fait plusieurs jours maintenant que nous devons éditer les étiquettes manuellement et importer les commandes une par une sur la plateforme Boxtal, ce qui prend un temps considérable et ralentit nos opérations. Cette situation a créé des perturbations majeures sur notre site internet et nous a fait perdre énormément de temps et d’argent, car nos clients ne peuvent plus suivre leurs colis. Toutes les commandes depuis la création de notre site ont été traitées avec Boxtal, et aujourd’hui, nous n’avons plus accès aux informations de suivi, ce qui est catastrophique pour notre activité. Si, dans quelques jours, aucune solution n’est apportée par Boxtal, nous serons malheureusement contraints de basculer l’ensemble de nos sites internet vers Packlink, car leur service fonctionne correctement et nous permet de reprendre le contrôle de notre activité. Nous avertissons donc les autres utilisateurs : si vous rencontrez des problèmes avec leur service, il est difficile d’obtenir une aide rapide et efficace. À ce jour, nous ne recommandons pas Boxtal.

There was a synchronization problem between the site and Boxtal to track parcels delivered by one operator (Colissimo) and the support has been very persevering to identify the issue (which was on the plugin’s side actually) and to get it fixed. Congrats for that.
