Biggest opportunity: “buddypress”, “buddypress activity” and “embed video” aren't earning a slot. You list them, but you're not in the first 24 results for those searches. WordPress.org counts only your first five tags, so free the slot for a search you can win.

Install conversion
How it's measured →2.2%
of downloads still active
At least 900 of 40.9K lifetime downloads are still running, above its category: the median Media plugin keeps 0.8%, across 2,320 plugins.
Downloads count every update, not just first installs, so older and more frequently released plugins read lower. Compare against other Media plugins, not across the directory. wp.org reports active installs as the bottom of a band, so the real rate is this or higher.

Update activity
How busy the existing users are, measured as downloads in the last 30 days for every 1,000 active sites. A spike means a new release everyone's pulling; a long, slow decline means an aging user base that updates less.
Release cadence

This plugin permits to have a way to add links, preview and write the comment, as in Facebook. I cannot imagine how would be possibile to have a social without this function. Said that, what is necessary to know about BuddyDev is their TOP EXCELLENT SUPPORT for customer that buy the yearly support included in the full serie of plugin (it’s impossible to imagine to build a Buddypress social network without at least 10 of their plugin). I STRONGLY recommend to use this plugin and the excellent support they provide to any Buddypress website developer.
