Biggest opportunity: Swap “contact form 7”, “form builder” and “forms” for “break”, “multistep form” and “user friendly”. “contact form 7” isn't earning its slot: you're not in the first 24 results for its own search. “break” sits at #4 untagged, close enough for a declared tag to move it up. “form builder” isn't earning its slot: you're not in the first 24 results for its own search. “multistep form” sits at #7 untagged, close enough for a declared tag to move it up. “forms” isn't earning its slot: you're not in the first 24 results for its own search. “user friendly” sits at #17 untagged, close enough for a declared tag to move it up. Install conversion
How it's measured →3.8%
of downloads still active
At least 10K of 263.8K lifetime downloads are still running, above its category: the median Forms plugin keeps 1.3%, across 1,671 plugins.
Downloads count every update, not just first installs, so older and more frequently released plugins read lower. Compare against other Forms plugins, not across the directory. wp.org reports active installs as the bottom of a band, so the real rate is this or higher.
This plugin shipped 3 releases in the last 12 months, and every existing install that updated counted as another download. wp.org publishes no split between first installs and updates, so we show the raw rate rather than guess at one.

Simple setup which in general works nicely. Unfortunately it’s been messing with my Brevo integration so I had to uninstall it again.

For some reason, the submit button is not showing. I have to manually insert a submit button, and it’s just shown as a normal submit button, below my fields, not inlilne with the “back/next” buttons of the multistep form.
