It’s entirely possible that I’m not seeing from the directions how to configure this.. that being said, it sadly seems to default to doing the child pages side by side with 3 columns, which don’t appear to size down well for responsive. Couldn’t see an obvious way to do a more responsive way of just 1 column, with picture to the left, text to the right.
