   This plugin claims to have a free version which I was using but now it is forcing me to upgrade and I lost leads because I can’t reply to people who contacted me through the plugin.

   i was initially very pleased with what I could with this form but recently i am getting fed up with zero help from the customer service team. If you have a problem with this, you will get a “default” reply from them and zero help. Currently the form is not sending emails to me from its control panel, no idea why and am thinking of ditching it. I paid for the premium support, 200 bucks and to be honest i wish i carried on with the free version. One final thing, if you use all features such as the livesite invite THIS WILL SLOW LOADING OF YOUR SITE DOWN which may instruct google to show you lower in the search lists. My site loads in about 1 or 1.5 seconds with this switched off, but switched on, it takes up to 3 seconds. That might not seem much but it can be the difference between that potential customer staying on your site or leaving and going to your rivals website. I really would not install this and we looking for a new system. If you need help vcita could give a toss. A shame

   I have had a super easy install for this plug-in. That made things so simple for me. When I have had challenges with billing or anything else with vCita in the past, I was able to get personal attention fairly rapidly and all issues were resolved to my satisfaction. Make sure you stay in touch with your rep, and they will take care of you. Update – I’ve used vCita for over a year and, again, reaffirm that I really like the plug-in (which has been improved to delay the pop-up). And, again, that customer service has helped whenever I’ve needed (and don’t usually need help lately because it works well).
