High removal-risk signals

63/100

Maintenance and integrity signals that tend to precede a WordPress.org removal. Not an official status, a heads-up to act.

  • Long abandoned. No update in 12+ years — the top precursor to removal once a vulnerability is found.
  • Compatibility drift. Tested only up to WordPress 3.9.40, well behind 6.8.

Update activity

How busy the existing users are, measured as downloads in the last 30 days for every 1,000 active sites. A spike means a new release everyone's pulling; a long, slow decline means an aging user base that updates less.

Estimated value

What this plugin might earn a year, and what it might sell for. Modeled from public signals; we don't see anyone's books.

Est. annual revenue

N/A

Est. acquisition value

N/A

No paid tier is visible, so we don't put a figure on revenue or sale value: that would be guessing. The install base is a real asset to an acquirer, just not one public data lets us price. A small install base leaves thin data to model from.

UPDATE: (VERSION 3.3) The bug is now fixed. This plugin is just awesome. highly recommended. 5 stars! OLD REVIEW I was very happy at first with this plugin as it proved to be very useful. After installing this plugin and other plugin I realized that my “Add Media” button has stopped working in the post/page editing area. I googled the problem just to find a plenty of possible causes. I then decided to check if one of my recently activated plugins might be the cause of the error, so I have de-activated all my plugins and started to activate them one by one and check for the existence of the problem, just to come out with the sad conclusion that this plugin -alone- is the source of the problem. I wish if the plugin’s author could check his code and fix the problem as I was really happy with it. I gave it temporarily 3 stars to give it a chance to get fixed, and then it surly deserve 5 stars, or otherwise, I think it should take only 1 star.
