   Thank you for this plugin. I’m having big issues with the translations. They are often not correct and not everything is translated. It also seems that the existing translations are not correctly implemented as I can’t integrate another PO file for example for the de_DE_formal language. It simply doesn’t get loaded. There are several problems all over the place and this beeing the “official” plugin of DHL is pretty bad.

   Ich hatte ein spezielles Problem mit der Auswahl zwischen „DHL-Paket“ und „DHL-Kleinpaket“ in meinem WooCommerce-Shop: Obwohl meine Kunden „DHL-Paket“ auswählten, wurde immer ein Label für „DHL-Kleinpaket“ erzeugt. Trotz korrekter Plugin- und Versandzonen-Konfiguration ließ sich das Verhalten nicht direkt im Backend lösen. Der Support war jedoch hervorragend – schnell, kompetent und lösungsorientiert! Meine Anfrage wurde ernst genommen, man hat mir genau erklärt, worauf zu achten ist, und wie ich das Plugin korrekt konfigurieren oder bei Bedarf mit eigenen Funktionen erweitern kann, um die Versandart der Kunden korrekt zu übergeben. Besonders positiv: Die Kommunikation war klar, und ich fühlte mich als Anwender wirklich unterstützt. Vielen Dank an das Team – ich kann das Plugin (und den Support) nur weiterempfehlen! Gruß, Dirk

   The Plugin does, what it says and is very strong with it. But I miss basic features like tracking informations, which I would expect from a shipper plugin. For example, if the shop would get feedback like the tracking site, we would be able to send emails / sms / push / push notifications like “your parcel is on its way” or “is ready to pick up” or, after delivery, “thanks again for ordering, here are your instructions”. I don’t understand why we still need to pay 3rd party companies to deliver this information, which are allready there. Poorly.

   The overall purpose of the DHL WP plugin is nice, but since I have less than 200 shipments per year, I am not qualified to apply for a “business customer” account. However, to select DHL as shipping provider, the Customer Number (EKP) is required, which is not available to private customers/ when having fewer than 200 shipments.
