No paid tier is visible, so we don't put a figure on revenue or sale value: that would be guessing. The install base is a real asset to an acquirer, just not one public data lets us price. A small install base leaves thin data to model from.

Deteriorating Support gone quietPraiseCompatibilityPricing

Older reviews praised easy setup and helpful support, and the newest ones say paid customers get no reply at all, with the TranslatePress domain-per-language setup reported as not working.

We paid for the premium version. The plugin doesn’t work. The support doesn’t answer. Take a look at the lack of answers and frustrations on the WordPress Forum. Look at the more recent reviews too.

Bought the premium version of the plugin so I could use it with Translatepress to have a different TLD per language. This functionality does not work. Reached out to support, they responded told me it was my fault for not working, I double checked that it is an issue in the plugin. They never responded to me after that… Very unhappy.

The plugin works very well. The problem is that for a few weeks the support has not responded to requests for help even though we purchased the paid version. Can you let us know something? It seems to me that this situation concerns everyone a little..

Paid for premium support, no answer at all.Asked for reimboursement. no answer. I wonder if, in spite to all the review I read before buying, this is real or just a scam.Waiting patiently for any replay from the developer or the community.

terrible support. I paid for the premium version but I can’t contact their support on their website. I also sent my inquiry here twice but nobody ever replied. It is clearly said in their website that premium users can have priority email support. I can’t even submit my ticket to their support form since it was not working.

All useful features are paywalled. Considering that all this plugin can do can be done with some what 3 lines of nginx config and I was just hoping to find a way to do so directly from within WP, this plugin is a total waste.

I’ve been using Domain Mapping Pro for WordPress, and it’s simply amazing! Setting up multiple domains for my website was super easy. The best part? It works perfectly with TranslatePress! I run a multilingual site, and now I can assign different domains for each language without any hassle. Everything just works seamlessly. It saved me so much time, and my site looks more professional now. The plugin is user-friendly, and the support team is really helpful if you need anything. If you use TranslatePress and want domain mapping, this plugin is a must-have!
