I suggest making the logo a minimum width of 312 pixels about the same size as the login box with flexible height

Nothing fancy but does what I needed. Note that you must upload your 84px x 84px logo to wp-content/plugins/eazy_login_logo/images/login-logo.png and your logo background should be transparent or #F1F1F1 color if you want it to blend with WP background.
