High removal-risk signals

63/100

Maintenance and integrity signals that tend to precede a WordPress.org removal. Not an official status, a heads-up to act.

  • Long abandoned. No update in 9+ years — the top precursor to removal once a vulnerability is found.
  • Compatibility drift. Tested only up to WordPress 4.7.35, well behind 6.8.

Update activity

How busy the existing users are, measured as downloads in the last 30 days for every 1,000 active sites. A spike means a new release everyone's pulling; a long, slow decline means an aging user base that updates less.

The public count shows “10+”. Our estimate pins where the real number sits.

Estimated value

What this plugin might earn a year, and what it might sell for. Modeled from public signals; we don't see anyone's books.

Est. annual revenue

N/A

Est. acquisition value

N/A

No paid tier is visible, so we don't put a figure on revenue or sale value: that would be guessing. The install base is a real asset to an acquirer, just not one public data lets us price. A small install base leaves thin data to model from.

This plugin is perfect. It does exactly what it says : the galleries are simple, light, load fast and just blend in with the rest of your site… There really isn’t much to say ! Oh, and it took me a tiny while to figure out what some options did, but their effects are really quite obvious, so I figured it out fast enough.

I designed this plugin to respond to a few criteria : It had to function perfectly on any responsive website, so I made it entirely percentage-based. This way, whatever the size of your screen/website, it will always fit in tightly. It had to function with Lightbox plugins, and it should. It had to be lightweight, so I avoided using a huge set of resources, and coded the plugin directly according to what I needed. My website really wouldn’t be the same without this gallery, and I hope you will enjoy it as well.

At [site link removed] we had huge problems with inserting images into our posts, they never really fit correctly into the flow of the article. Part of the problem was our responsive theme not adapting how images work out on smaller screens, and part of it was the sheer amount of images we were using took up way too much space. This plugin took care of all of this : it fits in nicely into our design and it works just fine with the lightbox plugin we are using !
