Update activity
How busy the existing users are, measured as downloads in the last 30 days for every 1,000 active sites. A spike means a new release everyone's pulling; a long, slow decline means an aging user base that updates less.
Release cadence

Estimated value
What this plugin might earn a year, and what it might sell for. Modeled from public signals; we don't see anyone's books.
Est. annual revenue
Est. acquisition value
No paid tier is visible, so we don't put a figure on revenue or sale value: that would be guessing. The install base is a real asset to an acquirer, just not one public data lets us price. A small install base leaves thin data to model from.

The product works well and is doing exactly what we need it to, we purchased the pro version so we could have a few more options and we are glad we did.Very happy with the support we received responsive and extremely helpful, they go out of their way to assist where they can. This is a comprehensive plugin for Australia Post shipping and labels. It’s saved my clients hours in managing their sites shipping. The support is great, thorough and quick as well. Thank you!

Great plugin to assist with my woocommerce, especially it is only a once off payment and free customer support, on this note thank you Akash for taking the time to assist me with the installation. Overall, it is a big thumbs up from me.

Here’s the issues we had. Support were unable to assist: Packing based on total order weight – does not work but we can achieve the same result with “Pack items into boxes” and Group shipping: “off” + a dummy box to hold the whole order (external dims/weight 1x1x1/0, internal dims/weight 9999x9999x9999/9999) – only then do we receive our account rates. Estimated delivery date is returned from the API but does not show to the customer – this will increase customer enquiries and lead to some abandoned carts due to confusion or indecision – this can be overcome by ticking “only show cheapest rate” but is not ideal and we would prefer a fix. Mismatch between Suburb, State, Postcode does not display an error message – no shipping options are shown, and the customer can’t proceed with their purchase – (this is a significant deal-breaker as it will exponentially increase abandoned carts and customer enquiries – resulting in more work for us) – the Startrack API does return an error (as this is displayed in a plugin we use on a different platform), but Elex chooses to ignore it. An even better solution than returning an error, would be to just return the max rate for that Suburb or Postcode, and allow the customer to proceed (as when customers enter the wrong postcode it’s usually a neighbouring one so rates should be similar anyway).

I have been using the Elex Australia Post Shipping Plugin for years and it is a must have for any Australian Woocommerce store. Their customer service is very friendly and can fix complex problems quickly and efficiently. I would highly recommend this plugin to every Australian Woocommerce store using Australia Post to ship their products both locally and internationally.

Have had the paid version for a year and no issues. When we did need help with something I was happy to find that the support is quick and willing. I initially chose this one because the free version provides international shipping rates. However, combined shipping/packaging does require the full version. Has lots of other features we aren’t using, but am happy to have them in case we do. Nice plugin overall.

I’ve been collaborating with ElExtensions for about a month now. Whenever an issue arises, the team promptly joins a call to address it. Their thorough analysis is instrumental in pinpointing the root cause of any problems. They patiently guide me through each step in case the plugin encounters any failures. I’m delighted to continue working with ElExtensions. Initially, my plugin faced limitations due to the absence of a StarTrack premium business account with Australia Post. However, ElExtensions provided invaluable support by offering alternative solutions, demonstrating remarkable patience in answering all my inquiries. I’m grateful for the prompt and patient assistance from the Australia Post product manager. My sincere thanks to her and the entire team.

Have tried to get this to work since September last year. Have spent 60+ hours on phone calls/Google Meets with Elextensions and Australia Post IT support. On one ocassion burned a whole day to find out there servers were down. There are two key issues: The Australian Eastern Seaboard time zone does not match up with their support at all. 4.30pm is the ONLY time available between business hours here so you often have to wait days before you can get a time slot that works unless you are happy to book a time at 1 am. We cannot get a price through the API if a product has a dimension smaller than 15cm*15cm*15cm?? 06/03/24 – updateMet with the team again and this time they walked through the configuration via a screen share and were able to advise that in order to get a postage price through the API for items smaller than 15*15*15cm we needed to have flat rates enabled. The team also wrote some code, added that to the plug in and sent me a zip to reinstall the plug in and guess what?? After 6 months we finally have it working!!! Thank you team Elex.
