   The ELEX support team is excellent! I needed a good discount plugin for my WooCommerce website and found the “ELEX WooCommerce Dynamic Discount and Pricing” plugin. It had tons of features and was reasonably priced, so I purchased it and began evaluating it. I encountered a few problems with the plugin on my site, which was a fairly complicated site that had functionality the ELEX plugin had not been tested with. They were very responsive in helping me resolve the problems and maintained excellent communication with me.    If you activate the plugin and apply a discount to shop, the plugin change the original price of the product, when you disable it the discount price still there so you have to change manually all the prices again.    After trying like hundreds of plugins, I stumbled upon this one. This is the best plugin that provides category discount in free version. Interface is very easy to use and there are no complex settings to configure. No bullshit or anything just straight up categories discount in free version. Works like a charm!

   After I try a dozen discount plugins, I found that Elex was the best option for my client’s online store. But we had an issue where the discounts were being applied when they should not. They support did not rest until they have fixed the issue. The UI is easy to use and setup the discounts. The free version is great for general purposes and simple discount rules, and even some mid-complex ones.
