How it's measured →0.9%
of downloads still active
At least 7K of 772.3K lifetime downloads are still running, below its category: the median eCommerce plugin keeps 1.4%, across 5,161 plugins.
Downloads count every update, not just first installs, so older and more frequently released plugins read lower. Compare against other eCommerce plugins, not across the directory. wp.org reports active installs as the bottom of a band, so the real rate is this or higher.
This plugin shipped 23 releases in the last 12 months, and every existing install that updated counted as another download. wp.org publishes no split between first installs and updates, so we show the raw rate rather than guess at one.

wp.org is where the directory puts the plugin for that search. On merit is where it would sit if results were ranked on rating, support and updates, without the install boost. The last column is how far the wp.org position moved, from our first reading in the last 90 days to the latest.

What to do about it
- Your five tags are all earning their place. Each gets you onto page 1 of its own search, so none is worth giving up. “live shipping rates”, “pickup points” and “shipping address” (#4, #4 and #5 untagged) would be the next worth testing if a slot frees up.

Update activity
How busy the existing users are, measured as downloads in the last 30 days for every 1,000 active sites. A spike means a new release everyone's pulling; a long, slow decline means an aging user base that updates less.

What its installed base runs
via wordpress.orgShare of active installs on each version of this plugin. Green is the current release; a big slice on older versions is a user base that has stopped updating.
Estimated active installs
The public count shows “7K+”. Our estimate pins where the real number sits.
Crossed into this band 33 days ago and a band this size takes about a year or more to cross, so the real count is still just over 7K.

No issues. They were very responsive and helpful when I reached out regarding a billing issue.

After the hassle of creating an API login with UPS I discover that to print labels with my UPS account is $90 for this plugin. Not worth it. Simply not worth it. Like so many plug-ins it’s essentially ransomware or hijackware.Should not be listed as free. Provides little to no value as a plugin beyond abusing the banners and possibly surfacing rate shopping. I use flat rate shipping so I could care less about rate shopping for clients. This topic was modified 7 months, 3 weeks ago by brian_greul.

This plugin works very well, just like the USPS Live Rates plugin by the same developer. I already reviewed that plugin (5 stars), and I won’t repeat those words, but I do feel the same way about this plugin. Not only does it work as it should, but it’s very quick and easy to use. The free version has worked just fine for me so far and I am happy these plugins are available with a free option. Thank you!
