Removal-risk signals

53/100

Maintenance and integrity signals that tend to precede a WordPress.org removal. Not an official status, a heads-up to act.

  • Long abandoned. No update in 3+ years — the top precursor to removal once a vulnerability is found.
  • Falling behind WordPress. Tested up to WordPress 6.1.12.

Update activity

How busy the existing users are, measured as downloads in the last 30 days for every 1,000 active sites. A spike means a new release everyone's pulling; a long, slow decline means an aging user base that updates less.

Estimated value

What this plugin might earn a year, and what it might sell for. Modeled from public signals; we don't see anyone's books.

Est. annual revenue

N/A

Est. acquisition value

N/A

No paid tier is visible, so we don't put a figure on revenue or sale value: that would be guessing. The install base is a real asset to an acquirer, just not one public data lets us price. A small install base leaves thin data to model from.

I’m using Full Background Manager in the WordPress 5.4 with Gutemberg and it’s work perfectly. I’m also using it in the Graphene Theme, that manage just the Index page background … and didn’t conflict.

I installed this plugin to have per-page background images set up. I learned very quickly that it simply does not work. The option to do so is there, but the image is incorrectly added to the CSS. An image from the Media Library (with a full URL, not just a path) is assumed to be the path to an image. I know this because I checked the CSS and saw this: body.custom-background { background-image: url("http:\/\/gorjianacq.mikopia.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/12\/mainbg.jpg"); background-position: left top; background-size: auto; background-repeat: no-repeat; background-attachment: fixed; } Notice the strange-looking background-image URL.
