Biggest opportunity: Add “gateway”, “online banking” and “online payment” to your wp.org tags. You rank #4, #6 and #14 for them without listing them, close enough for a declared tag to move you up. WordPress.org counts only your first five tags, so with 4 listed these are the slots worth spending.

Install conversion
How it's measured →5.7%
of downloads still active
At least 20K of 352.7K lifetime downloads are still running, above its category: the median Payments plugin keeps 1.0%, across 1,043 plugins.
Downloads count every update, not just first installs, so older and more frequently released plugins read lower. Compare against other Payments plugins, not across the directory. wp.org reports active installs as the bottom of a band, so the real rate is this or higher.
This plugin shipped 16 releases in the last 12 months, and every existing install that updated counted as another download. wp.org publishes no split between first installs and updates, so we show the raw rate rather than guess at one.

Funnelkit has one of the best support teams that I met, working with many different SaaS companies. In several instances they replied very fast and were always helpful. Funnelkit Stripe integrates perfectly with Funnelkit checkout. Loading of express buttons is significantly faster than with WooPayments .

We were facing an issue with the Funnel Kit Stripe integration and our Flatsome Theme. The FK support team was quick to respond to the issues and provided a patch to their plugin, as well as reviewing the backend of the site to ensure things were working as expected. After a few back and forth discussions and testing, we were able to figure out a solution and everything was working properly again. There is always the potential for compatibility issues between plugins and themes, but the FK team is always fast to respond and offer immediate resolutions. This is why I will continue to support their work. Thank you!

We switched to this plugin from the official Woocommerce one, we didn’t have any issues with it but switched for the extra functionality and support. Plugin worked out of the box with some minor issue, however, the support is miles better and all our queries got resolved.I recommend this plugin over any other one for the support and dedication of the FunnelKit’s team.
